促進平等之方案 Options for Equality

假如一高樓的一樓層沒有中央空調，為了調節其氣溫，可以採取：	For a floor without central air-conditioning in a tall building, in order to adjust its temperature, we may take:
方案一： 加裝一外掛式冷氣，省工、省錢，但該樓層變得醜陋且受到不平等歧視。	Option 1: adding a plug-in air-conditioning. It saves labor and money, but said floor becomes ugly and subject to unequal discrimination.
方案二： 將該樓層及牽連樓層的牽連管線打掉重建，耗工、耗錢，但該樓層維持美觀且平等融合於各樓層。	Option 2: destroying and rebuilding implicated pipelines on said floor and the implicated floors. It spends much labor and money, but said floor remains beautiful and equally merged in all floors.
