多元階級 The Various Classes

以社會價值觀規範躍遷譜時，將使自然階級在高階級缺額，在低階級超額，而因其間濃度梯度虞有社會動盪之潛力。惟社會具有多元性，致規範涵蓋譜之全域時，不生上開問題。

If we regulate the promotion spectrum by the social values, the natural classes will be underloaded in its high classes, and will be overloaded in its low classes, then the concentration gradient between them will cause a potential of social turbulence. However, if our society is with variety, such that the regulation covers all of the spectrum, we can avoid the problem.
